    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to join our clients team hybridly Milwaukee, WI. Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of industrial equipment, specializing in loading dock and industrial safety solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation, audio-visual graphics, and motion graphics, with proficiency in various software tools and platforms. This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively manage change initiatives and support the successful adoption of new processes and technologies within the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement comprehensive OCM strategies to support organizational initiatives in Confluence and manage tasks in Jira.

     

    Create engaging and informative content using PowerPoint, SharePoint, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite, and TechSmith Camtasia.

     

    Design and produce high-quality audio-visual graphics and motion graphics to enhance training and communication materials.

     

    Utilize SharePoint to develop and deliver training programs.

     

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of change management plans.

     

    Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies.

     

    Provide coaching and support to leaders and employees to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption of new processes.

     

    Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful outcomes.

    Skills and Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Communications, Business, Organizational Development).

     

    5+ years of experience in organizational change management, with a focus on content creation and multimedia production.

     

    Proficiency in PowerPoint, SharePoint, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite, and TechSmith Camtasia.

     

    Strong skills in audio-visual graphics, motion graphics, and content creation.

     

    Experience with the Ziiva LMS, Workday LMS, or similar learning management systems, Confluence, and Jira. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

     

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

     

    Strong project management and organizational skills. Manufacturing industry experience null
