Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a VP of IT Operations to join the IT department of an AM 100 law firm based in Philadelphia. This role will oversee 3 of the firm's largest IT departments, with 3 direct reports, and will report directly to the CIO.

This individual will lead and oversee the firm's IT core technology platforms, including infrastructure, software solutions, custom development, enterprise systems, data management, and IT service management. Ensure the reliability, security, performance, and scalability of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Align IT platforms and systems with business goals to drive user satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Analyze user feedback to identify trends and improve satisfaction metrics.

Partner with the VP of User Experience for exceptional service delivery.

Collaborate with Security Operations and IT Risk teams to ensure system security and compliance with standards (ISO27001, SOC, etc.).

Establish and monitor KPIs for IT operations, reporting to senior leadership.

Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team.

Manage IT budgets and vendor relationships for cost-effective solutions.

Ensure timely and successful delivery of technology projects.

Communicate complex technology solutions to executives and business leaders.

Skills and Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

-Minimum 15 years of IT management experience in executive roles with the ability to lead Sr. leadership

-Strong customer service, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

-Proven experience with infrastructure, cloud services, data management, and enterprise applications.

-Knowledge of international security and privacy standards (ISO27001, SOC, HIPAA, GDPR).

-Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).

-Must have Experience overseeing and leading an IT environment in the mid market with approximately 1000-5000 end users. Graduate Degree preferred
