• Senior Digital Product Owner

    Job Description

    A client/employer of Insight Global is searching for a Senior Digital Product Owner to support their growing E-Commerce department. This person will report onsite in Memphis, Tennessee and work a hybrid schedule. They will be responsible for overseeing and improving the customer experience related to digital content.

    Responsibilities may include:

    - Implement digital strategies to optimize customer experience

     

    - Work with various teams within the department to improve product discovery and deliver quality enhancements

     

    - Prioritize program scope and backlog using agile principles

     

    - Use cases related to product discovery to manage business analysis

     

    - Develop new strategies to support product launches

     

    - Manage relationships with vendors and third parties

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - Bachelors degree in relevant field

     

    - 5+ years of experience in E-Commerce with a focus in retail

     

    - Strong communication skills

     

    - Experience developing and executing digital content strategies to drive business growth

     

    - Excellent understanding of E-Commerce platforms such as CMS, Word Press, and A/B testing tools - Higher education

     

    - Agile certification

    - Local to Memphis null
