Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Director of IT Vendor Management to work at one of our top fortune 250 company. This person is going to be responsible for a large enterprise company with 400+ million in IT spend. This person will be supporting the sourcing, contract execution, budget planning and vendor performance management. Examples of IT contracts could be for new technology, renewals, hardware, implementation partners, etc., that this individual will be responsible for negotiating and closing. The team member will have frequent interactions with Legal, Supply Chain, Cyber Security and Digital & IT finance teams. This will be supporting a global team and must understand guidelines in different countries. This role is anywhere between 180-250K salary.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelors Degree
10+ years of IT Contracts experience
o Work Orders, SOWs, Master Service Agreements
Strong experience managing and negotiating IT contracts for new technology, renewals, hardware, etc.
Experience working in a global enterprise environment.
o Understanding of standards such as GDPR, etc.
In-depth understanding of legal terms, conditions, and an ability to converse with lawyers. Experience improving reporting processes to help drive decisions.
