    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking an Electrical Engineer for our client, an innovative aerospace company. This person will join a team of engineers responsible for developing and integrating cutting-edge hardware and software components for our client's new airships. This Electrical Engineer will design electrical circuits around embedded systems to access an array of sensors and effect a range of actuators depending on system requirements. He/She will create QA/QC test procedures for designed circuits, and work with test team to automate the test and checkout process. The ideal candidate will have some experience creating bash scripts to streamline system automation and management. This person is required to work onsite in Moriarty, NM, though there is some flexibility for hybrid/work-from-home.

    Skills and Requirements

    • 5+ years of hands-on experience in electrical systems or embedded systems engineering and design

    • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

    • Altium software experience

    • Extensive experience designing systems of circuits, cables, actuators, sensors

    • Ability to integrate hardware and software into cohesive systems. · Ansys software experience

    • Scripting experience

    • Proficiency with embedded Linux, C/C++, Python null
