    Job Description

    Environment Notes: Full life cycle support for all Montgomery County IT assets, help desk support, deskside support, 12k users, 15k assets, break fix, replacement, disposals, imaging, service help desk, everything end point device that someone i the county is using we support it. 98% windows, 2% mac.

    Day to Day:

    An Employer is looking to hire a Desktop Technician in Derwood, MD. This individual will be responsible for the following:

     

    -Supporting multiple sites within Montgomery County and performing support to computers, tablets and phones: reimaging, swapping out systems, doing any replacements, data transfers, deployments, etc

     

    -Managing and meeting strict SLA's

     

    -Hours are Monday- Friday 8AM-5PM

     

    -Troubleshooting syncing iPhones/Android Phones relating to Outlook

     

    -Working on a team in a fast paced environment

     

    -Asset Management

     

    Pay Range: $20/hr - $22/hr
