• Lead Full Stack .NET Engineer

    Job Description

    An employer is looking for a Lead Full Stack .NET Developer to join their team. This person will work on the Product team for a Life Insurance and Annuities SaaS platform and will help solve challenges and customer issues within the product. He/she will have complete end-to-end ownership of customer implementations and will eventually help lead a small team to solve for challenges on the front and back end using .NET, React/Angular, JavaScript, etc. This person will translate customer requests for technical and non-technical stakeholders and help anticipate potential technical risks. Starting out, this role will be mostly an individual contributor role as the lead learns the product and will eventually move to about 20-40% individual contributor, with the rest of their time being spent with mentoring team members and working directly with customers. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established and growing team as their product's demand has increased significantly over the last few years.

     

    Compensation for this role is 125-165k per year annually plus bonus. Compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role may include generous paid time off, medical and dental insurance offerings, and 401k.

    Skills and Requirements

    5-7+ years of experience building software web applications in .NET

     

    -Frontend experience with Angular or React, and JavaScript

     

    -Experience designing RESTful APIs

     

    -Comfortability meeting with customers to bring in requirements for customizations

     

    -Desire to mentor junior and mid-level engineers -Life Insurance Industry experience
