    Job Description

    We are seeking an exceptional Principal Agile Scrum Master to lead our enterprise agile transformation and coach multiple high-performing teams across complex technology initiatives. This senior-level role requires a proven track record of scaling agile practices, driving organizational change, and mentoring other Scrum Masters while delivering breakthrough results in fast-paced, mission-critical environments. This role pays $50-57/hr.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred

     

    8+ years of Scrum Master experience with progression through increasingly complex environments

     

    Advanced certifications: CSM, PSM II/III, SAFe SPC, or equivalent advanced agile credentials

     

    Proven track record of leading enterprise-scale agile transformations and increment planning and the initiatives in that and take a set of directions and implement them

     

    Expert-level facilitation skills with large groups and senior stakeholders

     

    Deep understanding of multiple agile frameworks and ability to implement both frameworks and where does a hybrid approach apply Advanced agile coaching certifications (ICP-ACC, CTC, or similar)

     

    Experience in utilities, energy, or highly regulated industries

     

    Technical background with understanding of software development lifecycle and DevOps practices

     

    Change management certification or demonstrated expertise in organizational transformation

    Experience with agile scaling frameworks and large program management null
