Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Accountant Specialist with strong insurance industry experience to join our client's remote team. This role is responsible for managing insurance-specific accounting tasks, including commission reclassifications, cost center allocations, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel, possess a deep understanding of producer and broker commissions, and be experienced with systems like AMS360 or Epic. Collaboration with payroll and the ability to deliver accurate, timely financial data are key to success in this role.

Skills and Requirements

Strong background in insurance accounting

Proficient in Excel with an analytical mindset

Experience with producer and broker commission structures
