Job Description Summary
The Student Assistant provides office and administrative support to the Texas A&M AgriLife Research – Agriculture, Food, and Nutrition Evidence Center.
Responsibilities
+ Creates invoices and requisitions in AggieBuy.
+ Prepares documentation to process invoices.
+ Verifies vendor information and sets up new vendors.
+ Performs weekly vendor search.
+ Orders supplies.
+ Assists with updating various spreadsheets.
+ Assists in creating preapprovals.
+ Assists in creating expense reports.
+ Uploads and attaches receipts to reports.
+ Sends/receives e-mails for the Evidence Center.
+ Creates bios for Meeting Prep.
+ Notes Transcription.
Qualifications
Requirements:
+ Currently enrolled at TAMU or other University
Knowledge, Skills and Ability:
+ Familiar with Microsoft Office
+ Professional communications including e-mails
+ Customer service attitude
+ Exceptionally organized
