    Our client, a leading provider in the logistics industry, is seeking a Stand Up Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Stand Up Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting efficient product handling and distribution. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a self-motivated attitude, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

     

    **Job Title:** Stand Up Forklift Operator

    **Location:** Olive Branch, MS

    **Pay Range:** $18.00 per hour

    **Shift:** Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Pack boxes weighing up to 80 lbs.

    + Clean and empty Gaylords as part of the preparation process.

    + Pick and prepare orders for shipment.

    + Manifest shipments accurately to ensure timely delivery.

    + Operate stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Ability to lift and stack cooler boxes up to 80 lbs.

    + Willingness to work in a refrigerated environment (38F - 42F).

    + Reliable transportation to ensure daily onsite attendance.

    + Comfort with standing and walking approximately 20K steps per day.

    + Strong ability to follow instructions with minimal guidance.
