Our client is seeking a Lab Technician-Quality Assurance to join their team. As a Lab Technician, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a collaborative spirit, and a strong sense of ownership which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Lab Technician-Quality Assurance

**Location:** Ada, MI

Pay Rate: $22/hr

**Shift:** 06:30 AM - 03:00 PM

What's the Job?

+ Conduct quality testing on in-process and finished products in the XS plant.

+ Perform assay and sensory analysis of liquid CO2.

+ Utilize laboratory equipment such as titrators, density meters, and x-rays for testing.

+ Evaluate taste, odor, and appearance of samples throughout production.

+ Maintain the laboratory work area and assist with general laboratory cleaning.

What's Needed?

+ Experience with performing wet chemistry, physical, and sensory tests.

+ Attention to detail to follow standard operating procedures and safety requirements.

+ Ability to offer recommendations for continuous improvements.

+ Talent to prioritize work effectively and complete tasks efficiently.

+ A desire to be an ambassador of Quality to Manufacturing.
