    Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Line Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Line Supervisor, you will be part of the production department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, effective communication, and problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Production Line Supervisor

    **Location:** Indio, CA

     

    Pay Range: $23.00

     

    Shift: 5AM - 2PM Flexible

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers.

    + Ensure all production goals and deadlines are met.

    + Monitor workflow, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.

    + Enforce safety guidelines and company standards.

    + Train, coach, and evaluate production employees.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred).

    + Minimum of 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

    + Strong leadership and communication skills.

    + Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

    + Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, production software, etc.).
