    Our client, a leading player in the technology sector, is seeking a Data Quality Analyst - Hindi Language to join their team. As a Data Quality Analyst, you will be part of the Data Quality Analytics team supporting Product, Program, and Operations initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Data Quality Analyst - Hindi Language

    **Location:** Redmond, WA or Burlingame, CA

    **Pay Range:** $25.00/hour

     

    _Must be Native Hindi Language_

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Conduct reviews of annotations or data collections to determine the quality and importance of data.

    + Consistently apply quality methodology, guidelines, and rubric when labeling and annotating large data sets.

    + Utilize in-house data labeling platforms for annotation tasks while managing multiple concurrent projects.

    + Become a subject matter expert and thought leader on your workflow.

    + Identify errors and trends, and report to stakeholders on analysis/findings.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor's degree in technology or behavioral science (e.g., human-computer interaction, psychology, statistics, cognitive science, information systems, or any related field).

    + Ability to follow instructions and guidelines in a detail-oriented fashion while proposing solutions or improvements.

    + Great communication and collaboration skills with prior experience working with cross-functional teams.

    + Self-motivated and able to manage workload independently.

    + Ability to utilize basic functions, formulas, and tables in Excel/Spreadsheets.
