Description

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team and provide critical support during a period of high recruitment demand. This role is designed for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is eager to make an immediate impact. You will work closely with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process, covering roles across various departments and seniority levels. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your full-cycle recruiting skills while contributing to the success of our talent acquisition strategy.

Key Responsibilities

+ Manage recruitment efforts for high-volume hiring spikes, including roles such as sales cohorts, retention classes, individual contributors, team leads, and senior managers.

+ Own full-cycle recruiting for both internal hires and external candidates, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.

+ Proactively managing schedules and ensuring interview teams meet deadlines and complete relevant tasks.

+ Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide timely updates on recruiting progress.

Requirements • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse or similar platforms.

• Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with candidates and internal teams.

• Experience coaching hiring managers on structured and skill-based assessment practices.

• Ability to work in a hybrid setting, with flexibility to be onsite as required.

• Knowledge of corporate recruiting processes and HR policies.
