Description

Robert Half is searching for a controller for a dynamic and growing organization committed to delivering excellence in the manufacturing industry. The Controller will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing financial operations. This position requires a results-oriented leader with strong analytical skills and the ability to oversee a dedicated financial team.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage and oversee the organization’s financial operations.

+ Prepare and review financial reports, such as monthly and annual statements, to track performance and identify trends and forecasts.

+ Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability and operational efficiency.

+ Supervise and guide the finance and accounting team, providing support, coaching, and feedback.

+ Identify and propose process improvements for financial systems and procedures.

+ Ensure financial transactions are accurately documented and reported in compliance with all regulations.

+ Create, implement, and manage budgets and financial plans based on data-driven insights.

+ Report timely and precise financial information to leadership to support strategic decision-making.
