    Top Am Law Firm Seeks Trial Paralegal for High-Profile Litigation Team: MOSTLY REMOTE

    About Firm & Position:

    An Am Law 100 firm with a strong national reputation seeks a Trial Paralegal to join its Century City office. This is a rare opportunity to work with an elite trial team handling complex, high-stakes commercial litigation. The Trial Paralegal will be deeply involved in all phases of litigation and trial preparation for cases across various jurisdictions.

    Trial Paralegal Responsibilities:

    + Oversee coordination and workflow for complex, multi-party litigation files from pre-trial through verdict

    + Lead preparation of demonstratives, trial exhibits, and daily case materials; assist in remote and in-person courtroom logistics

    + Draft and QC key case documents, including motions, subpoenas, and pre-trial filings

    + Liaise with witnesses, vendors, and opposing counsel to manage logistics and discovery flow

    + Travel and provide hands-on trial team support when needed, including after-hours prep and issue-spotting during proceedings

    Hours:

    + Position is mostly remote, but the Trial Paralegal must be willing to be onsite in Century City as trial demands arise

    + 1500 hours billable/year

    Salary:

    $105,000 - $138,000 + overtime + annual bonus

    Requirements

    + At least 5 years of experience as a Trial Paralegal in complex litigation

    + Strong familiarity with trial procedures in both state and federal courts

    + Proficient with Relativity, Case Notebook, or similar litigation support tools

    + Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate from ABA-approved program preferred
