Description

We are looking for a Litigation Associate with 4-7 years of experience to join a high performing team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role offers an opportunity to work on complex civil litigation matters, collaborate with skilled professionals, and contribute to high-stakes legal cases from inception to trial. Responsibilities:

• Conduct depositions and engage directly with clients to gather critical information for case development.

• Collaborate with technical experts to analyze evidence and develop compelling case strategies.

• Manage discovery processes, including drafting and responding to discovery requests and organizing case materials.

• Prepare and argue motions effectively, ensuring strong representation in court.

• Support partners in strategic litigation planning, trial preparation, and case execution.

• Draft detailed briefs and legal documents that align with case objectives.

• Participate in trial proceedings, assisting with witness preparation and presenting evidence.

• Maintain clear communication with clients, ensuring they are informed throughout the litigation process.

• Work closely with partners to refine case strategy and achieve favorable outcomes.

• Stay updated on relevant legal trends and precedents that impact case strategies.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in civil litigation.

• Active license to practice law in the state of Minnesota.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, partners, and technical experts.

• Demonstrated experience in trial preparation and execution.

• Commitment to staying informed on legal developments and case law.
