Description
Our client in the Lower Fairfield, CT area has an opening for a Senior HR Business Partner. The Senior HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role in managing the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, while ensuring a positive and productive workplace environment. The ideal candidate will partner with organizational leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, foster employee engagement, and maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, performance management, and offboarding.
• Collaborate with department leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
• Lead initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness using tools such as employee surveys, metrics, and industry benchmarking.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees to address performance, development, and morale-related concerns.
• Manage employee relations, ensuring a workplace free from harassment and fostering a positive culture.
• Develop and refine learning and development programs, including onboarding, compliance training, and leadership development.
• Oversee the implementation and monitoring of individual development plans and the performance management cycle.
• Conduct annual engagement surveys and ensure actionable follow-ups to improve employee satisfaction.
• Research, create, and update company policies and the employee handbook to ensure compliance and clarity.
• Contribute to the design and execution of total rewards programs, including compensation and benefits strategies.

Requirements • Strong expertise in using HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now.
• Proven ability to effectively communicate complex ideas, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience in managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
• Proficiency in analyzing data and reporting insights to drive decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects independently.
• Solid knowledge of human resources best practices and trends.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
