    Description

    A dynamic and fast-paced organization is looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join its team. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.

    Responsibilities:

    + Handle inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries with professionalism and promptness.

    + Resolve customer concerns by identifying solutions and ensuring follow-up.

    + Document interactions and maintain detailed records in CRM systems.

    + Process and track customer orders, returns, and refunds as needed.

    + Identify potential cross-selling or upselling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.

    + Assist in updating FAQs, scripts, and knowledge management resources.

    + Collaborate with other departments, such as sales or billing, to resolve customer issues.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus (not required).

    + Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.

    + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    + Familiarity with CRM systems or similar tools is appreciated but not required.
