    Description We are looking for an experienced Property Administrator to join our team in Burke, Virginia. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering the opportunity to contribute to community management and property operations while building long-term career potential. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent administrative skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee day-to-day operations of residential properties, ensuring smooth management and tenant satisfaction.

    • Coordinate maintenance activities by working closely with vendors and contractors to address property needs.

    • Conduct onsite inspections to monitor the condition of properties and ensure compliance with community standards.

    • Manage budgets and prepare bids for projects, ensuring financial efficiency and accuracy.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

    • Organize and maintain administrative records, ensuring documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

    • Utilize property management software and Office tools to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

    • Support project coordination efforts for community initiatives and improvements.

    • Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and contractors to foster collaboration and resolve challenges. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or community association administration.

    • Proficiency in Office Suite tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

    • Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.

    • Ability to manage budgets and prepare bids for property-related projects.

    • Proven experience in working with vendors and contractors for maintenance coordination.

    • Excellent communication skills to interact with residents and team members effectively.

    • Knowledge of property management software and related tools.
