    We are looking for a success-driven and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Kettering, Ohio. This role involves engaging directly with customers, supporting sales activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.     Responsibilities:

    • Greet and assist customers in a retail setting, stepping in to support the sales team when needed.

    • Prepare and process necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.

    • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.

    • Act as a liaison between the warehouse and customers to coordinate deliveries and address inquiries.

    • Schedule and manage delivery appointments to maintain timely service.

    • Perform heavy filing tasks to organize and maintain records.

    • Use Microsoft Excel to track daily sales data and perform accurate data entry.

    • Conduct basic bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks, focusing on simple data entry.

    • Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer needs and inquiries.

    • Manage email correspondence and order entry processes to support operational workflows.

    Requirements • Proven experience in customer service roles, demonstrating excellent communication skills.

     

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and reporting tasks.

    • Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping purposes.

    • Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

    • Strong organizational skills for scheduling appointments and managing records.

    • Experience with data entry and maintaining accuracy in documentation.

    • Capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
