Description

Growing boutique firm is seeking a Legal Secretary to their team in San Francisco, California. This role is primarily involved in the field of litigation and will require the individual to have a keen eye for detail and exceptional organization skills. The Legal Secretary will be responsible for assisting in drafting and editing legal documents, managing databases, and carrying out various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute administrative tasks for client projects, including mailing, filing, and database management.

• Contribute to legal research and the preparation of client memos and correspondence.

• Coordinate with records and conflicts departments in the opening and closing of matters.

• Manage the database of all relevant documents and carry out routine document filing.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Civil Litigation and Civil Litigation Experience

• Familiarity with e-Filing and Court Filing systems

• Knowledge of Federal and State Court procedures

• Ability to manage a calendar efficiently
