Description A leading company in the fresh produce industry is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accountant to join their team in Riverside, CA. This is a direct permanent opportunity with a dynamic organization that values collaboration, precision, and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, excellent communication skills, and a desire to contribute to a fast-paced and thriving industry. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage fixed asset accounting, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance. Prepare and analyze financial data using advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables. Collaborate across multiple departments to streamline processes and improve financial reporting. Support month-end and year-end close processes within established deadlines.

+ Required Qualifications: Minimum of 3+ years as a Senior Accountant or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of fixed assets, accrual accounting, and balance sheet reconciliations. Advanced skills in Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables. Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate seamlessly across multiple departments. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is strongly preferred.
