    Technical Program Manager IV

     

    Type: Contract- 24 weeks, potential for extension

     

    About the Role

     

    We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Program Manager IV to lead and coordinate complex, cross-functional programs within our Secure Networking & Cybersecurity Product and Engineering Team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact initiatives that align with business and technical priorities.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Lead the end-to-end management of program-oriented work efforts, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

    + Implement and refine program management methodologies in collaboration with technical product and engineering teams.

    + Develop and maintain detailed program plans, monitor daily work efforts, identify resource needs, and escalate issues as needed.

    + Facilitate cross-functional meetings involving Product Management, Systems Development, Operations, Engineering, Testing, and Marketing.

    + Track key milestones, adjust plans as necessary, and report progress to leadership.

    + Serve as a key contributor in a complex and fast-paced environment, managing multiple programs of medium to high complexity.

    + Communicate status updates, risks, and escalations clearly and effectively to stakeholders.

    + Integrate business and functional priorities into program execution.

    Requirements

    Required Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

    + 10+ years of experience in the technology sector, including 8+ years managing technical projects or programs.

    + Proven experience managing programs across multiple technologies and business functions.

    + Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with project management methodologies and tools.

    + Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
