    What You’ll Do:

    + Coordinate patient office visits.

    + Accurately gather and enter patient demographic and insurance information.

    + Communicate appointment details, payment expectations, and required documentation to patients.

    + Guide new patients to the website for registration forms and other resources.

    + Check and return voicemails daily, ensuring all calls from patients and referring physicians are addressed promptly.

    + Maintain strong, professional relationships with referring physicians, patients, and clinical staff.

    + Support departmental best practices and meet scheduling benchmarks.

    + Uphold patient confidentiality and follow all HIPAA and compliance guidelines.

    Requirements

    What You Bring:

    + Prior experience in appointment scheduling is preferred.

    + Proficiency with email, online applications, and practice management systems.

    + Strong computer, keyboarding, and data entry skills.

    + Friendly, helpful demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    + Solid understanding of insurance processes and referral management.

    + Dependable, motivated, and capable of making sound decisions independently.
