    Description

    We’re seeking a Property Administrator for a contract role in the Fairfax, Virginia. This position supports the daily operations of property management, ensuring tenants, vendors, and the management team receive excellent administrative support. It’s perfect for someone organized, professional, and ready to jump in and help keep everything running smoothly.

    Responsibilities:

    + Provide administrative support to property managers and leasing teams

    + Assist with tenant communications, service requests, and inquiries

    + Maintain and organize property records and files

    + Support lease administration, including renewals and documentation

    + Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repairs

    + Help with rent collection, invoice processing, and reporting tasks

    Requirements

    + Prior experience working within property management but open to someone who wants to get into the industry

    + At least 1+ years of office and customer service skills

    + Strong organizational and multitasking skills

    + Excellent communication and customer service abilities

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software (a plus)

    + Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality

    + Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

    + Eager to want to learn new task and grow.
