About the Role:
Robert Half’s client, a fast-growing investment firm, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including the CEO and executive leadership team. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and excels at managing complex calendars, coordinating high-stakes meetings, and maintaining confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, anticipating needs and managing priorities proactively
+ Manage complex and dynamic calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international)
+ Prepare, review, and distribute executive correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of professionalism
+ Coordinate and support preparation for board meetings, investor meetings, and other high-profile events
+ Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up
+ Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion
+ Manage expense reports, purchase orders, and budget tracking related to executive activities
+ Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior leadership
+ Facilitate coordination of personal and professional commitments when appropriate, including calendar syncing and property management support
+ Streamline office operations to optimize executive time and efficiency
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in investment, financial services, or a similarly fast-paced environment
+ Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and maintain confidentiality
+ Experience coordinating international travel and complex itineraries
+ Comfortable managing both professional and personal support tasks with discretion
Preferred Skills:
+ Experience in a nonprofit or investment firm environment
+ Familiarity with project management tools and collaboration software
+ Ability to anticipate needs and provide proactive solutions
