Description We are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to join our Enterprise Operations Supply Chain Finance, Cost, and Compliance team in East Hampton, Connecticut. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in evaluating financial operations, monitoring compliance, and improving processes to align with organizational objectives. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to cost analysis, internal controls, and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough reviews and assessments of internal control processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Perform testing of internal controls and provide recommendations to improve effectiveness and maintain compliance standards.

• Track and oversee remediation efforts for internal control issues, collaborating with control owners to ensure evidence supports management assertions.

• Respond to stakeholder inquiries regarding internal controls and identify opportunities for improvement, offering training and guidance as needed.

• Coordinate the annual accounts payable deferral process, facilitating communication, reporting, and analysis among various stakeholders.

• Prepare and deliver weekly savings reports for Non-Product commodities, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.

• Support cost analysis and reporting for both Product and Non-Product commodities, contributing to financial decision-making processes.

• Assist with various transformation activities, including process improvement initiatives and operational changes.

• Develop and maintain clear financial reporting documentation using tools such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders to execute financial analysis and ensure timely processing of purchase orders. Requirements • Proven experience in financial analysis, preferably within a supply chain or operations environment.

• Strong knowledge of internal controls, compliance standards, and auditing procedures.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.

• Familiarity with SAP R/3 or similar enterprise resource planning systems.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for stakeholder collaboration and reporting.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while adhering to deadlines and priorities.

• Demonstrated expertise in process improvement and agile methodologies.

• Solid understanding of accounts payable processes and financial documentation requirements.
