    • What You’ll Do:

    + Lead and review complex tax engagements across individual, corporate, and partnership clients

    + Advise clients on strategic tax planning and compliance

    + Supervise and mentor senior and staff accountants

    + Collaborate with partners on client management and business development

    + Ensure top-tier client service while maintaining an efficient workflow

    Requirements

    • Ideal Background:

    + CPA or EA required

    + 5+ years of recent public accounting experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role

    + Expertise in tax compliance and planning for closely held businesses

    + Excellent leadership, communication, and client service skills
