    Description We are looking for a diligent and technically skilled Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Pueblo, Colorado. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with strong accounting expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage detailed financial processes. The role involves overseeing accounts receivable activities, handling monthly invoicing, and fostering positive relationships with customers and team members.

    Responsibilities:

    • Record and manage daily accounts receivable transactions, including payments and other financial activities in the accounting system.

    • Process and receipt payments with accuracy, ensuring proper documentation.

    • Handle monthly invoicing for up to 20-30 projects, ensuring timely and precise billing.

    • Track and monitor accounts receivable revenue across multiple branches, with project values ranging from $100K-$500K.

    • Utilize general ledger knowledge to support reporting and financial analysis.

    • Communicate proactively with customers to resolve billing disputes and inquiries.

    • Build and maintain positive relationships with branch staff and external clients.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of daily financial tasks.

    • Provide technical support for accounting processes and systems as needed.

    • Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company procedures. Requirements • Solid foundation in accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.

    • Familiarity with general ledger functions and financial reporting.

    • Proficiency in accounting software and strong skills in Microsoft Excel.

    • Experience with systems such as Oracle, QuickBooks, or SAP is highly desirable.

    • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions effectively.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with customers and team members.

    • Ability to handle high-volume invoicing and financial activity with precision.

    • Experience in account reconciliation, billing, and collections processes.
