Job Opportunity: Material Coordinator – John Deere Waterloo Product Engineering Center

Robert Half is hiring a Material Coordinator for John Deere's Waterloo Product Engineering Center to support engine engineering and production efforts. This position ensures the seamless movement of materials, both internally and externally, to drive efficiency and innovation in engine testing and product builds. We're looking for someone organized, detail-oriented, and ready to grow in a dynamic environment.

Shift: 1st Shift, 40 hours/week, Fully Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

+ Create external shipping documents to meet engine engineering requirements.

+ Manage shipments of new product build inventory to internal factories.

+ Coordinate the movement of materials from shipping/receiving areas to engine test cells and the engine build floor.

+ Monitor inventory levels on the engine build floor and initiate timely material re-orders.

+ Collaborate with shipping and receiving teams to pick materials from internal and external warehouses needed to support engineering operations.

Requirements

Requirements:

+ Bachelor’s degree required (open to entry-level candidates).

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

+ SAP experience is a plus but not required.

+ Strong organizational and communication skills.

+ Background in Material Coordination is a plus!
