Description

We are looking for an experienced Treasury Assistant to join our team in Turlock, California. In this position, you will play a critical role in managing banking activities and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions across multiple entities. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented professionals with strong technical skills and a passion for maintaining efficient financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily banking activity through online portals and update cash projection worksheets with relevant data.

• Process and document a variety of financial transactions, including wire transfers, internal transfers, and loan reconciliations.

• Track account balances and initiate transfers to ensure optimal cash positioning.

• Prepare weekly support documents for checks, payments, and payroll transfers while maintaining organized records.

• Reconcile monthly loan balances, allocate interest payments, and ensure timely completion of financial obligations.

• Submit monthly financial reports and update receivable balances with precision.

• Handle quarterly loan payments and associated reconciliations to maintain accuracy.

• Support automation initiatives and workflow improvements through testing and troubleshooting.

• Collaborate with accountants to resolve discrepancies and provide banking-related assistance.

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while managing sensitive financial information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent relevant experience preferred.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including cash projections and reconciliations.

• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential financial data responsibly.

• Experience with accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and banking transactions.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Teams.

• Excellent typing and data entry accuracy.
