Are you an experienced Corporate Paralegal seeking a new opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment? Robert Half is actively recruiting for a skilled individual to join a dynamic and collaborative legal team in Dallas, TX. This position offers the chance to contribute to high-impact work in corporate governance, contracts management, and compliance with meaningful career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Corporate Governance: Assist with board meeting preparation, draft minutes, maintain corporate records, and perform related administrative tasks.

+ Contract Support: Negotiate, draft, and review a wide variety of contracts, including NDAs, employment agreements, vendor contracts, and service-level agreements.

+ Compliance Assistance: Serve as a compliance resource to ensure adherence to regulations, policies, and procedures.

+ Filing Requirements: Manage e-filings of corporate documents with local, state, and federal entities as needed to maintain legal compliance.

+ Due Diligence: Assist with corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and audits by conducting research and managing documentation.

+ Legal Research & Reporting: Conduct legal research, prepare summaries, and provide reporting as required.

+ Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal departments, external counsel, and clients to achieve organizational objectives.

Requirements

+ Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field, or a Paralegal Certification from an accredited institution.

+ Experience: Minimum of [XX years] in corporate law, contracts management, or a similar legal environment.

+ Technical Skills: Proficiency in legal research tools, document management software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with eDiscovery and e-filing systems is highly preferred.

+ Soft Skills: Strong organizational abilities, excellent attention to detail, and communication skills for interacting with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
