What you’ll achieve

As a **Software System Principal Engineer** , you will design, define and implement complex system requirements for customers and prepare studies and analysis of existing systems.

You will:

+ Architect and Implement Automation Frameworks: Design and develop scalable, reusable, and maintainable automation frameworks

+ Tool and Dashboard Development: Lead the creation of tools and dashboards for automated result collection, analysis, and reporting

+ CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous validation

+ Governance and Consistency: Establish and enforce governance processes to maintain consistency across automation practices

+ Mentorship and Best Practices: Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for automation strategies

Essential Requirements

+ Proficiency in programming languages such as Python(preferred), Java, and C#

+ Proven experience in designing and implementing automation frameworks

+ Strong knowledge of developing tools and dashboards for automated processes

+ Experience with CI/CD pipeline integration

+ Excellent mentorship skills and ability to guide junior engineers

Desirable Requirements

+ Experience with CPU/GPU/Power/Virtualization/AI performance benchmarking tools and knowledgeable in AI-based techniques for enhancing automation

+ 8 to 12 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree or 6+ years with a master’s degree

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $153,000.00 - $198,000.00.
