    Overview

    **Position:** Speech Language Pathologist - Oncology, Neuro, Cognition, Voice

    **Location:** 2225 W Southern Ave, Suite B Mesa, AZ 85202

    **Schedule:** Full-Time,Monday-Friday

    **Compensation:** Salaried, starting at $75,000/year (pending experience)

    Our Banner Physical Therapy center in the Mesa is looking for a licensed speech language pathologist with a special interest in oncology to provide exceptional patient care experiences on a full time basis as part of our growing ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation program. We currently have a team of 2 PTs, 1 OTs and an SLP who treat a diverse patient caseload. Caseload will be a mix of oncology, neuro, cognition and voice. CFY not available for this position.

    Responsibilities

    + Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties

    + Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing SLPs

    + Complete and maintain required trainings

    + Maintain compliance with government regulations

    + Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients

    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Speech Language Pathology

    + Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice

    + CPR certified

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Interest/experience in cancer rehabilitation
