Position Summary:

As an Executive Travel Manager, you will support Executive Leadership Team and Board of Director's travel needs which are inclusive of scheduling travel via corporate aircraft and both in-house Executive Protection ground transportation as well as external ground transportation providers.

Required Qualifications:

+ 5 or more years of relevant work experience

+ Knowledge of aviation terms and definitions, tax policies and procedures, aircraft capabilities, aviation scheduling software

+ Skilled in utilizing the Microsoft suite, coordinating complex schedules, negotiating contracts

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience working with Executive level employees

+ Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently, deal with confidential business information and work a flexible schedule

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree; equivalent years of related professional work experience may substitute.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
