    Key Responsibilities

    Must-Have Skills - Calypso V15 onwards, Capital Market domain knowledge, Understanding of asset classes like Derivatives, Commodities, FX, Equity etc.

    Detailed Job Description:

    • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Calypso BackOffice operations.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business processes and system requirements. Provide insights and recommendations to improve business processes and enhance system functionality. Oversee the implementation of Calypso solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

    • Conduct thorough testing and validation of system changes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

    • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

    • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal operation of Calypso systems.

    • Develop and deliver training materials to end-users to ensure effective utilization of Calypso solutions. Lead workshops and meetings to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.

    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all Calypso-related activities.

    • Prepare detailed reports and documentation to support decision-making and project management. Support the continuous improvement of business processes through the effective use of Calypso technology.

    • Contribute to the companys strategic goals by optimizing financial operations and enhancing customer satisfaction.
