    Test Manager-Payer Domain

    Required Skills

    Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent related work experience.

     

    Lead the testing efforts for projects involving Facets, Oracle, Finance portfolio knowledge & interfaces in the client IT landscape.

     

    Oversee the creation and execution of test plans test cases and test scripts.

     

    Provide detailed analysis and reporting of test results to stakeholders.

     

    Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies throughout the testing process.

     

    Work with different stakeholders to strategize, design and plan the execution of test cases related to lifecycle upgrades.

     

    Good knowledge of backend SQL querying skills writing different complex JOINS

     

    Extensively involved in Defect Reporting by using "JIRA" tool & defect metrics

     

    Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve efficiency.

     

    Conduct root cause analysis of defects and implement corrective actions.

     

    Analyze different business process areas for automation feasibility and develop automation scripts with automation tools using Selenium Web Driver and Java/Python based framework.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Have extensive experience in the Payer domain.

    • Have a proven track record of leading testing efforts in complex projects.

    • Display proficiency in test automation tools and techniques.

    • Exposure to MS Azure Cloud migration projects is a plus.

    • Performed Quality Engineering services for Web Services using SOAP UI, RESTFUL services.

    • Strong Facets knowledge across Member Enrollment, Billing and Finance Modules of Facets

    • Coordinate with development teams to understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

    • Implement Agile methodologies to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.

    • Working knowledge in Java and Python languages

    • Hands-on experience in either Selenium, Python, Groovy scripting for test automation.

    • Experience in GitHub and CICD pipeline is preferred.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide feedback on testing progress.

    • Actively support Quality Engineering and Dev Ops practices during all phases of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).

    Salary and Other Compensation:

    Applications will be accepted until 07/25/2025.

     

    The annual salary for this position is between $[71,100 – $112,500] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

     

    This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
