Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to help provide clinical oversight of clients receiving behavioral services.

Responsibilities:

+ Complete assessments and develop treatment plans that recommend individualized and evidence-based strategies

+ Coordinate care with families and insurance providers

+ Collaborate with clinical and operations teams

+ Create materials to support client’s behavior plan

+ Participate in quality assurance

+ Provide supervisory oversight to Behavioral direct care staff

+ Mentor BCaBAs and BCBA trainees

+ Monitor treatment progress and effectiveness and update treatment plans to support clients’ needs and learning style

Qualifications:

+ An active license or certification in good standing (e.g. Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Behavior Analyst)

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Ability to demonstrate critical thinking skills

+ Supervisory and behavioral assessment experience preferred

+ Experience providing behavioral services to toddlers, children, and adults preferred

+ Experience in quality management preferred

+ Proficiency in the English language

Compensation Information:

+ $85,000 - $95,000 and $6,000 annual bonus potential that is paid out monthly
