• Process Engineer

    Adecco US, Inc. (Dalton, GA)


    Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturing client to find a full time Process Engineer for their plant located in the Dalton, GA area

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction

    + Design and modify tooling, fixtures, and equipment to support production goals

    + Lead root cause analysis and corrective action for production issues

    + Implement lean manufacturing initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, standard work, etc.)

    + Support new product introductions and engineering changes

    + Develop and maintain process documentation (work instructions, PFMEA, control plans)

    + Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations

    + Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive corrective actions as needed

    Qualifications:

    + 3+ years of relevant engineering experience

    + Bachelor’s or Associates degree in Engineering preferred

    + Automotive industry background and knowledge of IATF 16949 quality system preferred

    + Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ISO/TS standards

    + Experience with welding, stamping, or automated assembly lines preferred

    Our Client Offers:

    + Base salary in the 70k-90k range

    **Pay Details:** $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
