    **Adecco** is assisting one of their top clients with their search to fill a **Customer Service Representative** position.

    + Hybrid- Houston, TX

    + Operation hours: 7:00AM-6:00PM CST

    + Temp-12 months assignment

    Description:

    We're seeking motivated individuals to join a fast-paced, remote call center environment. As a Customer Support Trainee, you'll handle inbound and outbound inquiries, learn essential tools and systems, and develop strong customer service skills. This is a great opportunity to launch your career with full training and support.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Handle customer calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and empathy

    + Navigate multiple systems while assisting customers

    + Use tools like Word or OneNote to document interactions

    + Calculate billing balances and resolve basic issues

    + Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Type at least **45 WPM** (without looking at the keyboard)

    + Score **85%+** on a **Basic Computer Literacy Test**

    + Score **85%+** on a **Phone Etiquette Test**

    + Demonstrate high school-level reading, writing, and math skills

    + Learn quickly and retain information effectively

    + Bilingual in English and Spanish

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience with multi-line phone systems (e.g., Avaya, Cisco)

    + Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., CC&B, NOVA, Medisoft)

    + Customer service experience, especially in a call center environment
