    Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for an **Assistant Manager/Settlement Administrator in Fountain Valley, CA!**

     

    Pay rate: $25.01-$30/hr (dependent on experience)

     

    Shift availability: Mon – Fri, 8a-5p with possible OT

    This position is responsible for working claims from inception to resolution. Successful completion of the tasks assigned to this position are essential for the business to maintain legal compliance, provide qualified customers with allocated benefits, reduce litigation, and facilitate monetary savings. This position will undergo training in subject matter, use of templates, submission processes, and argument, but requires demonstrated skill and experience in these areas.

    Our ideal candidate for this **Assistant Manager/Settlement Administrator** must have/must be able to:

    + Work HMA and GMA customer claims for class action settlement benefits through BBB Arbitration from inception to resolution.

    + Claim intake.

    + Managing deadlines.

    + Organizing files: documents, photos, notes, contact information.

    + Analyzing facts and applying them to qualifying factors within Class Settlements.

    + Drafting and filing position statements for arbitration.

    + Communicating and coordinating details of claim resolution to various departments and vendors.

    + Collaborating with HMA counsel in responding to opposing counsel.

    + Representing HMA/GMA at arbitration hearings (virtually).

    + Maintain compliance and open communication with the BBB representatives.

    + Analyze call center operation reporting.

    + Assist with web development, QA testing, change requests.

    + Aid in Approved Claims List (ACL) financial recovery/reimbursement.

    + Assist in budgeting and contracts.

    + Other functions as required.

    + Exercise independent judgement to evaluate customer claims for class action settlement benefits.

    + Collect/discover relevant documents, photos, and other evidence.

    + Exercise discretion in responding to BBB and opposing counsel inquiries.

    + Use advanced knowledge to approve or deny claims leading up to arbitration.

    + Submit documents and position arguments to arbitrators.

    + Transfer relevant documents and information to internal departments and vendors for processing.

    Education/Certification Requirements:

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + Bachelors or Masters preferred

    Experience requirements for this **Assistant Manager/Settlement Administrator:**

    + 2+ years of automotive industry settlement/claims experience required

    + Strong communication and organizational skills

    + Excellent decision/problem-solving skills

    + Analytical

    + Ability to meet strict deadlines
