    Responsibilities for a Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:

    + Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email

    + Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner

    + Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues

    + Monitor progress of delivery routes

    + Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps

    + Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders

    Candidates for Customer Service Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered:

    + Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

    + 1-year related experience, preferably in a call center environment

    + High school diploma or equivalent preferred

    + Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

    + Excellent multitasking and organizational skills

    + Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering exceptional customer experiences

    + **Shift:**

    + Sunday & Monday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

    + Thursday & Friday: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM

    + **Days Off:** Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday

    **Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
