**As M&A Integration Program Manager** , you will lead and coordinate end to

end integration activities for specific work streams for our global tech

client. This role will focus on ensuring strategic alignment, operational continuity,

and value realization, all critical to the integration success. You will have

overall project leadership, own and develop project plan & strategy, and

execute against the plan working in partnership with global stakeholders,

executive sponsors, functional leads, and external advisors across the two

entities.

+ Own and managethe functional integration project strategy, structure, process, standardsand governance working in collaboration with key internal stakeholders tocreate detailed integration plan; organize and direct the completion ofcomplex integration transformation projects while managing risks andissues to minimize scope, budget, and schedule impacts.

+ Day to dayownership of project delivery, proactively building trusted workingrelationships with functional leaders, business leaders, engineering andtechnology partners to drive alignment, increase collaboration andoptimize project operations.

+ Function as theprimary point of contact between acquiring and acquired entities. Ensureappropriate sponsorship and align stakeholders around initiative goals.Collaborate globally to influence key stakeholders on projectscope/vision, solutions, budget, and schedule.

+ Identify risks,dependencies and issues across the project. Develop mitigation strategiesand coordinate mitigation actions to meet the broader organization goals,milestones and objectives.

+ Establishcommunications cadence to ensure appropriate program governance andfacilitate weekly project team meetings to provide status on progress andmilestone achievement.

+ Identify andtrack cost savings, efficiency gains, and strategic synergies.

+ Collect lessonslearned and ideas for continuous improvement as the project progresses.

+ Leverage datainsights to measure and report project performance against plan.

+ 15+ years ofproject / program management experience leading complex acquisitionintegration and transformation initiatives in a global, fast-pacedenvironment.

+ Experience intechnology industry a MUST

+ Provenexpertise in M&A and/or Acquisition Integration is mandatory. Financeand other functional expertise are an advantage.

+ Bachelor’sdegree in business, MBA a bonus

+ Knowledge ofbusiness transformation/ change management and project and programmanagement approaches/ methodology, planning, execution, tools and phasesof the project lifecycle

+ Exceptionalstakeholder management and influencing skills; as well as strong crossfunctional communication skills to drive alignment across theorganization. Demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadershipskills, able to build credibility and lead without authority.

+ Detailed,motivated and solution-oriented individual that can collaborate well withinternal stakeholders and external partners at all levels, and as needed.The ability to execute effectively while collaborating across teams andglobal locations will be key to success in this role.

+ Strong businessacumen and ability to mitigate risk and manage interdependencies arecritical as well as managing ambiguity and the ability to navigate throughconstant shifts in direction of projects and strategies.

+ Ability to executeproject plans, managing deadlines, experience establishing workrelationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners acrossglobal time zones.

+ Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills with a keen ability to driveresults.

+ Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.

+ Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.

+ Pay Range: $80-95/hr
