What You’ll Do

+ Lead the development and production of sterile and non-sterile compounded medications.

+ Build pricing strategies that balance quality, cost, and profitability.

+ Ensure full compliance with USP <795>, <797>, <800>, and all state/federal regulations.

+ Author and update SOPs, lead audits, and maintain inspection readiness.

+ Collaborate across departments to ensure operational excellence.

+ Mentor and develop a small, agile team of pharmacy professionals.

What You Bring

+ PharmD or equivalent; advanced certifications in compounding highly preferred.

+ 7+ years of hands-on experience in sterile and non-sterile compounding.

+ Back ground in mail-order or large-scale pharmacy operations is a strong plus.

+ Deep knowledge of USP <795>, <797>, <800> implementation.

+ Proven leadership in strategic planning, pricing models, and regulatory compliance.

+ Strong communication and project management skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $85.00/hr.
