    Job Description

    We are seeking an Air Quality/Compliance Project Manager to join our Environmental Services Team. In this role, you will support our ongoing industrial air compliance practice by providing senior -level review and completing technical work, including permitting, modeling, and compliance reporting for various industries. You will also identify new business opportunities, manage projects, develop proposals, and maintain client relationships to ensure that projects meet clients' business objectives.

    Responsibilities

    + Conduct air quality permitting and compliance activities, including greenhouse gas emissions compliance and general regulatory compliance.

    + Perform technical work such as air modeling, completing calculations, reviewing compliance issues, preparing permitting documentation, reviewing data, conducting regulatory contact and research, and writing reports.

    + Oversee, manage, and develop lower-level staff to enhance their knowledge and experience.

    + Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals by collaborating with clients to understand their business objectives and provide solutions that meet their expectations and technical needs.

    Essential Skills

    + Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Science.

    + Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant air experience; 8 years is ideal.

    + Knowledge of air quality, greenhouse gas emissions, NSPS, and NESHAPS rules.

    + Familiarity with Title V and NSR permitting.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Air dispersion modeling preferred but not required.

    + Valid Driver's License with a driving record in good standing.

    Work Environment

    The work schedule is flexible, with a hybrid model once proficient. The role involves 80% office work and 20% fieldwork, emphasizing office tasks. Some work-related travel may be necessary, typically short trips and largely self-directed.     Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $45.67/hr.
