    About the Role:

    We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Geologist or Environmental Engineer to join our dynamic team! You’ll work alongside licensed professionals on exciting and complex environmental projects across the Midwest, with a focus on site assessment, remediation, and brownfield redevelopment. If you’re a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys solving real-world environmental challenges, we’d love to hear from you.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Prepare environmental and engineering documents, work plans, and technical reports.

    + Conduct site assessments and investigations for soil, groundwater, and soil gas.

    + Develop and implement remediation strategies and evaluate environmental risks.

    + Perform or oversee field work, including sampling, drilling, and construction oversight.

    + Create geological logs, cross-sections, and site plans.

    + Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the Midwest and North America.

    + Communicate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.

    + Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) policies.

    + Travel as needed for project work (overnight travel may be required).

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Education:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Geological Engineering, Civil or Environmental Engineering (Master’s preferred).

    + Experience:

    + 5–10 years in environmental consulting, remediation, or related fields.

    + Experience with EPA Region 7 projects is a plus.

    + Certifications:

    + OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER (required).

    + Professional Geologist (PG) or Professional Engineer (PE) license (preferred).

    + Skills:

    + Strong technical writing and communication skills.

    + Ability to manage time, budgets, and project schedules.

    + Proficiency in environmental site assessments, remedial action planning, and regulatory compliance.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
