    Job Skills / Requirements

     

    Concierge Security: Maintain a vigilant presence at the facility’s Employee Entrance, ensuring the safety and security of all employees.

     

    Professional Appearance: clean-cut, takes pride in appearance

     

    Reliability: Punctuality and consistency are essential

     

    Customer Service: Greets incoming & outgoing Employees, verify identification, and provide directions or assistance as needed. Must be able to articulate in specifics efficiently.

     

    Access Control & CCTV monitoring: Monitor access points, issues temporary employee badges, and enforce security protocols.

     

    Basic Computer Tasks: Utilize Microsoft Office programs (MS Teams, MS 365, Outlook, Word, etc.) for communication and administrative tasks.

     

    Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond swiftly and effectively in emergency situations.

     

    Qualifications: current California Guard Card & current First Aid certification
