    Position Summary:

    To support the goals and vision of DCX-CHOL through learning-based experience. DCX-CHOL will provide leadership and instruction to the intern based on the nature of the position. The student must be enrolled in a degree program from a college or university. Typically, this internship would occur after the student has taken most of the coursework required by the degree program.

    POSITION DESCRIPTION

    + Perform detailed trending analysis of related quality data identifying top issues in pareto format and facilitate problem and/or process improvement activities to include the following:

    + QT9, NCP validation,

    + Root cause analysis

    + Tool crib organization, Preventive maintenance schedule

    + Process mapping for key Functions

    + Receiving Inspection assistance

    + Final Inspection assistance

    + KPI generation and gathering

    + Other duties as assigned

     

    Qualifications – Education

     

    The student must be enrolled in a degree program from a college or university. Typically, this internship would occur after the student has taken most of the coursework required by the degree program.

    Qualifications - Experience

    • Manufacturing background/interest.

    • Engineering Degree-completed or in progress

    • Navigate Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat.

    • Knowledge in interpreting engineering drawings is a plus.

    • Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance.

    + Monday- Friday

    + Full-Time
